1. For prodcuts booking customers

Prepayment

We require full pre-payment for most products to guarantee our unbeatably low prices. We will acknowledge the receipt of your money through e-mail.

Special Offer for University Maastricht

Students from University Maastricht will get 10% discount for all our Christmas gifts online, prepayment is not required. Pay in cash when you pick up your orders at university is possible.

Delivery

You can choose normal post delivery,which takes 2-5 days in Europe and 7-10 days to Asia/Pacific and USA.

You can upgrade to 24-hour fast delivery by paying extra shipping fee USD 10 per booking.

Refund

A refund is granted under the following conditions:

• We will refund all of the money paid to us if you cancel your products booking or reservation within 24 hours.
• We will refund all of the money paid to us if the products are proved to have quality problems on arrival.
• We will refund all of the money paid to us if your money arrives late (on some limited amount products booking) and if this had resulted in us cancelling your reservation.

In any case, you will have to carry the bank transfer costs of the refund process

2. For services booking customers:

Prepayment

For hotel booking services fee US$ 10, pre-paid hotel, flight, and city guide bookings, you need to make sure that we receive the full amount of the booking at the latest 3 days before the planned arrival.

We will acknowledge the receipt of your money through e-mail and keep your room reserved for the whole first day of your booking.

Refund

• Discount hotel and flight booking in China, booking Services Fee US$10 will not be refunded if you cancel your hotel or flight booking after confirmation, but you get one extra time free hotel or flight booking services.
• We will refund all of the money paid to us minus the first night's fee if you do not cancel (no-show) or cancel your booking either on the scheduled arrival day or only one day prior to your scheduled arrival.

Late Payment

We will cancel your reservation if your money does not reach us 24 hours before the planned arrival date. For prepaid hotel reservation, please allow for around one week for the bank transfer. You therefore need to book rooms around 10 days in advance.

Reservation of Direct Payment Hotels

Those hotels, for which we allow you to pay directly with the hotel (marked DR), will reserve your room until 6 PM of the arrival date. You will need to fully pre-pay your booking if you require a guaranteed reservation for the whole first day.
