Lingling's house warming party
Shanghai, May 17th, 2008

One month after I relocated to Shanghai, I finally found my dream apartment, it was NOT a "love at first sight", but the more I stay, the move I like it... It is just simply great! I feel lucky day by day... In order to make me feel home, I had my first house warming party on May 17, before my shipment arrives in Shanghai... no choice, invitation was sent out already two months ago in Europe! :-)

My new apartment in Shanghai is great, 100m2 space, in a high building, from where I can see my office and Xintiandi, there is an antique market just 2 min from home, a modern massage centre open till 2am daily, a huge supermarket 10 min walk away, where I can buy fresh fishes, which are still swimming... and... I have found different types of vegetables, more than I have seen in total in two years in Germany!

Finally I got an Ayi (cleaning lady), who is quiet and cleans very well. My life therefore suddenly is full of sunshine :-)))
